Bank Holiday Deliveries
Over Bank Holidays our dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Order Tracking Number
The couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center.
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses or APO/FPO addresses here.
Customs, duties, and taxes
C&V IMPORT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
C&V IMPORT LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. We also recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders from overseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

It is extremely important to us to provide the best quality of service so if you are not satisfied please return the goods to us unused in the original packaging, within 30 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.
Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within two days of receiving the order.
Please be advised that we have extended our Christmas returns policy until 15th January. We would be grateful if you could keep the original packaging that the order will be delivered in so that in the case of a return we will easily be able to trace your order. Please also note that all returned items need to be returned unworn and in their original condition unless otherwise damaged.

Please complete the Return Form included within your order detailing the items being returned, problem with the item and how you wish to proceed. We would be grateful if you could include a contact telephone number or email address so that we may contact you regarding your return if necessary.
If you do not have a copy of the delivery note, please include a covering letter within your return parcel, including your address details, telephone number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed.
UK MAINLANDUnfortunately, any parcels returned from an UK mainland address will be at your own cost. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. Subsequent redispatch of returned/exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping costs.
