All orders are processed by Minha Latina within 24 hours.
All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to you by phone or email from our customer service team.

International Shipping Policy
* Due to COVID 19 all deliveries outside the UK are Suspended.

All orders are processed within 1-2 Days unless the address information is not correct. Please make sure all details are correct and up to date.

Bank Holiday Deliveries
Over Bank Holidays our dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please just email us at contact@minha-latina.co.uk should you wish to discuss your specific order.
Order Tracking Number
The couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center.
Delivery Delays
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses or APO/FPO addresses here.
Customs, duties, and taxes
C&V IMPORT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
C&V IMPORT LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For better delivery times our orders are being processed by different delivery partners including: Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, DHL, etc.
